Linguist Mig wants you to use the Novice Return Stone to go to Ingen. A Return Stone instantly teleports you to a designated inn.
Once in Ingen, find Elle and ask her if she received Mig’s shipment of goods.
(Note: You must designate Timot’s Inn in Ingen as your return location before using the Novice Return Stone.)
