Ruwanki has been defeated, but the witch, who brought discord to the Makot Kobolds and seems to be working with a mysterious organization called the Chosen Ones, is missing.
Urekus says one of his brothers witnessed Ruwanki sending out a dispatcher in the direction of Riode. By tracking this dispatcher down, it might be possible to find more information about the Chosen Ones.
If you do find a clue, speak to Commander Theodor in Riode.

After completing the quest to burn the “dragon with Kaizer’s Claw” .. i found Archileogist and then i went to eliminate Ruwanki’s .. but after i cross the teleport gate .. there were no ruwanki’s ??? just some usual mad eye soldiers.. so i directly spoke to Commander Theodor in Riode .. One of the quest in Ruwanki’s Remnants is completed i.e deliver the dispatchers report” But the first two quest isn’t completed .. and the indication marker (in map) is still blinking on that area. but there are no ruwanki’s ..Pls help i can’t proceed further without any quest?
