Aigent Trier’s Halidom

In order to transform Aigent Trier’s dagger into the Holy Sword, you will need to use another holy artifact as a catalyst.
Go north from Gray Arch Village to the Vesphio Hideout, eliminate their leader, Gerion, and take back the Necklace of Brilliance. After that, go to the catacomb entrance and speak to Graveyard Caretaker Eugene.

Many residents of Teress Plain and Gray Arch Village are being held captive inside the Vesphio Hideout.
Defeat the Greedy Vesphios and obtain the Handcuff Keys, then use the keys to free six residents. Once you’ve done that, exit the cave and tell Resident Cox near the entrance about the freed residents.

The final step in creating the holy sword is to imbue the dagger with dark energy.
Enter the Catacomb of the Damned and eliminate Corrupt Grand Master Riviute and Basteroe. After that, make your way to Manelloth’s refuge and defeat Manelloth. Finally, stab his Jar of Life with the dagger so that Manelloth may never return.

At the entrance to Catacomb of the Damned, Hayden says Manelloth must be destroyed before he can complete his resurrection. In order to get to Manelloth’s refuge, however, you will need to find and defeat Basteroe somewhere in the left half of the catacomb and Riviute somewhere in the right half of the catacomb. You must also pull the levers which they are guarding.
You will then be able to enter Manelloth’s Refuge and destroy Manelloth.
